While reading your previously treatment regime, I was thinking why didn t prescribe birth control pills in order to balance your hormonal level because of PCOS. -Combination hormone pills like Femilon tablet can be used to regulate abnormal menstrual cycles. -Despite your dieting ans exercises, it is true that PCOS per se can cause weight gain, and also Femilon could cause slightly weight gain, since it is a composition of hormones that may cause fluid retention. -Taking under control your hormonal balance, will improve your facial hair. -As any other medication, Femilon might have some side effects, such headaches, mild depression, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distention, breast pains and engorgement, tenderness etc. but this are not obligatory to happen. -After you stop Femilon, you may lose your weight but it may need some time. - While you are on Femilon, your pregnancy chances are almost zero, but after you quite it, pregnancy chances are normal, even better than before, due to better equilibrated menstrual cycle.
