OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi Kirthi, I have gone through your question. Dazit is desloratadine which is given for treating allergic reaction. In various studies done worldwide in animals, it is not found to cause any anomalies. But no studies have been performed in humans to prove its safety in pregnancy. Therefore it is not advisable to take it in pregnancy unless it is direly needed.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to give you a safer antiallergic if possible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti verma
