Is It Safe To Go For Long Walk After Having A Heart Attack?

I am a heart patient, I had a heart attack 8 months ago. Is it safe for me to go on long walks. Also, I am taking remizen 2.5, metomac 25, zentor 20, my pharmasist told me that they are equivalent to medicines prescribed by my doctor, cardace 2.5, met-XL 25, and storvas 20. Is my pharmacist correct? Vasant Dakhane

Hello,

I suggest you do not force yourself too much for some other months.

The medications are good, the only remizen I cannot find what is, but if the other name is ramipril it is ok. Don't you take aspirin(acetylsalicylic acid)?

If you do not have any contraindications you should take it too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
