Is It Safe To Give A Toddler Ibugesic Plus And Azithral For Severe Fever And Seizures?

My daughter 1 year old is suffering from severe fever for 2 days ranging 100 to 102F. Today we consulted Dr. and he gave Ibugesic Plus and Azithral liquid for 2 days. She has febril seizures which at first occured when she was 10months old then again at 1 yr. is it safe to use these drugs?
