Dear friend, Gupisone is a brand name of salt prednisolone. It is a corticosteroid and a good anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory. Ideally, it should be reserved for emergency and chronic cases. Corticosteroids on taking give a feeling of well being and best for short term management. They have side effects and not to be used as trivial. The benifits and side effects should be considered prior to administration.
