Is It Possible To Out Grow Epilepsy?

My daughter was diganosed with eplipesy at the age of three and now she is ten years of age we were recently told by her neurologist after a sleep study at the hospital after seeing no activity what so ever he stated she had outgronw her seizures but sys that if the seizures start again to bring her back to the hospital and to contact him they did not say that she no longer had eplipsey. Is this possible? thanks

Outgrowing seizures is possible and common. Your neurologists advice was correct. It is unlikely seizure activity will resume. But if it does, contact your neurologist.
