Is It Possible To Increase Height After 23 In Women?
Hi, I am a 23 year old girl . I measure 158 cms ,nearly 5.3 . I want to grow taller by 2-3 inches since my fiancé is 6foot. And also my parents are tall. I had a very good growth in my school days but after that did not see any growth ....is there any way I can add 2-3 inches more .... Pls help me. I desperately want to grow taller.
Hello Your height grows till the ends of your long bones do not fuse, and generally they fuse early in case of girls by 15-16 yrs due to the effect of estrogen hormone. So naturally it is not possible for the height to grow at your age. There are some surgical methods to fracture the bone and then reunite them (Ilizarov technique), but I would not recommend you to go for this because it has its own complications and risks, seeing the risk vs benefit. Regards.
