hello Dr i am a 40 years ,wt 82 kg, old man my sperm count is zero i had consulted to many expert they suggested me that i have to go icsi treatment,can it possible ,i it possible please tell what is success rate ,cost of tretment and best icsi centre near bareilly(up) thank you

Not generally with the zero counts. One couldn't get enough sperm to be able to do anything in the test tubes.
