Is It Ok To Take Synthroid At Night?

Is it ok to take synthroid at night? I ve been taking it in the morning for a few years but am considering a change. Mostly because I take lysine and need to do so on an empty stomach (I m avoiding herpes outbreaks). I want to take the synthroid at night, the l-lysine upon waking. Are there contraindications to doing so?
