Hi welcome to health care magic...

The drug for hypothyroidism should not be stopped....

You are taking high dose of levothyroxine...
Have you ever done TSH after starting treatment to adjust dose??

If no than first TSH estimation done to rule out secondary hyperthyroidism....
If it is present means TSH value below 0.5 than dose of levothyroxine should be decreased...

The drug itself sometime can lead nervousness, fast heartbeat etc...

Take cae

Hope this will help

Advise : endocrinologist consultation for examination and further work up
