Is It Normal To Have Lightheadedness, Racing Heart, Sweating And Weakness At 27 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. 1st pregnancy about 29 weeks I was told I had hyperemesis. I've been fighting to keep food and water down and have put myself on a bland diet in an attempt to hold off the vomiting spells for as long as possible. Today at work I started to feel light headed, felt like my heart was racing, felt sweaty and weak, like I was going to pass out. It had only been 2 hours since I had eaten. Are these spells normal for this time in a pregnancy, or should I be calling the doctor

hi all the symptoms what you are experiencing are normal to pregnancy and need not visit a doctor.just get a hb done to rule out anaemia which can also cause racing heart beat.for your vomiting continue with bland food and eat small meals no oily and heavy foods.you should start tab doxinate 1 in the morning and 2 at bedtime . if you are already on doxinate then you can take tab emeset 4 mg twice a day for vomiting . all the best take care.
