Is It Normal To Have Light Head Ache After Using And Removing Tampon For First Time?
I tried using a tampon for the first time today. Everything went fine. I got it inserted right but then I got up and walked around for about a minute and started to feel weird. I got lightheaded and didn't feel right. I walked to the bathroom concerned and slowly took it out. After I took it out, I got very lightheaded, got very hot like a hot flash and felt like puking. These symptoms went away after about 3 minutes of laying in my garage to cool off. Is this normal, what should I do?
Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
There is no need for any concern. I would suggest you not to use tampon again. The symptoms could have been due to pelvic spasm initiated by vaginal dilatation in response to foreign substance in vagina
