Hello, My name is Hana and i am 16 years old. i just want to ask you some questions. Is it normal for a girl to have cramps every time got period because i have been suffering for that..but it the pain it only last about 3 days. Before i got my period my abdominal was pain like only 3 days than i got my period. But right now...i have been feeling for this cramps pain for maybe a week so..and still i didn`t get my period yet...i was worried a little bit,i didn't eat well or sleep well..i was worried and waiting for my period. i know that this doesn`t mean that i am pregnant..because i have never sleep with a guy in my life.i never go out. please help me.i want your suggestion. i really need help. Is it very harmful for girls to have period cramp every month, i know alot of my friends who said they feel pain when got period.. but i donèt know why it happen..Please Help..
