You need to bear this during this period as it is very essential not to take any other medications other than symptomatic treatment. You can take antacid-local anesthetic liquid like Mucaine gel to get relief from such symptoms. Avoid eating spicy and oily foods during this period. Drink good quantities of water and consume citrus fruit juice. Eat small quantities of food and you can increase the frequency. Take these medications only after food and not on empty stomach.
