Is It Normal To Have A Bowel Movement After Eating?

I m not well since 4months. I m not able to digest food as soon as i take a meal i go to the washroom, it s not like loose motion.My liver,kidney everything is perfect according to the tests.Doctors say it happened because of heavyweight lifting in the gym. Please tell the solution to this problem i m very upset because of my health.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dry skin on fingers . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like Irritable bowel Syndrome , diarrhea and crohn's disease . Sometimes symptoms occur due to muscle spasm in intestine or stress ulcers . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , colonoscopy , blood test and x-ray . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , laxative , anti inflammatory , lopramide and anti allergic .
