Is It Normal For 3 Year Old To Have Itching And Discharge From Her Clitoris?

Hi,
My three year old seems to have a bit of itchiness in the clitoris area. I checked the area, and there seems to be a bit of redness. I also noticed discharge coming off on her underwear, I wonder if the discharge is normal?
Can you please advise??

Greetings of the day

Candida infection of the introitus could be cause of redness and discharge.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Hot Seitz bath: to a tub of lukewarm water add handful of common table salt. Make baby sit in it for 15 minutes each session thrice a day
2. Local application of anti-fungal + Steroid: after drying the area local application of Clotrimazole + betamethasone will be helpful.
