Is It Necessary To Maintain A Six Hour Gap Between Mefanorm And Retherma?
Hello, Mefanorm (Mefenamic acid) is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) drug and repeated use is not safe and is always advised after food. Retherma-AC Suspension(Paracetamol 250 mg/5 ml + Phenylephrine 5 mg/5 ml + Chlorpheniramine 2 mg/5 ml) is better option. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Tushar Kanti Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
