Is It Harmful To Wash Hair During First Three Days Of Period?
One of my friends forwarded this message to me? I am actually shocked. Is this true??

1.There is no direct link with taking head bath and dying during the delivery.
2.There is no studies i have came across saying similar issues.
3.Uterus can not be swell because of bathing, no relation.
4.Please do not be scared - no documented i have came across.
5.Maintain local hygiene with bath and involved area - every thing will be fine.

This is not true. There is no reason not to wash the hair or any aspect of the body during the period.
There is no medical or any other evidence to indicate that there is any reason for concern.
80% would mean that 8 out of 10 women who wash their hair during that time would die. If 8 out of 10 women died from washing their hair at that time, there would be a world wide problem.
The scalp and the uterus are not connected.
