General & Family Physician 's  Response

Welcome to HCM.
Swallowing your own semen is neither good nor bad for your health. It contains millions of sperms and fructose and has no protective action against cancer or AIDS.
Swallowing somebody Else's semen is certainly risky as it may contain infection, AIDS causing virus or other sexually transmitted disease causing organisms.
Stop this habit right away.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
This is not in keeping with current medical literature, please do not follow such behavior due to some hearsay rumours and beliefs. It can lead to spread of infections including AIDS as the virus can enter through mucous membrane lining of the mouth as well with or without injury. Kindly refrain from performing this activity. It is absolutely not true.
