my dr recommended to use calpol along with maxtra drops. since maxtra causes drowsiness so calpol will neutralize its effect. my question is .. is it compulsory to use calpol along with maxtra or is maxtra self sufficient. baby is 3 month old with mild URI

maxtra is chlorphaneramine maleate and phenylephrine used for allergic cold and calpol is for fever you can use maxtra only if there is no fever
