Is It Advisable To Take Seroquel With Dementia?

Hi Can you tell me should an elderly woman (75)with dementia be taking the tablet known as seroquel ? She is being administered this medication twice daily, morning and night. She has been diagnosed with Lewy Bodies as the type of dementia. Thank you for your time.

Seroquel(quetiapine) is antipsychotic. It can cause hypotension and heavy sedation. It has to be prescribed with caution in elderly.
It have some specific indication like behavioral agitation.
Please talk to your doctor about this.
