Is It Advisable To Take R-Cinex For Cold And Cough?

Hi, 27 year old male, I had got treatment for TB, First two months AKT-4 was adviced and next 4 months R-cinex (450 MG Capsul), Completed the both the courses, The course was ended on december 2009. Now, If I get sever cold and cough, I do take R-Cinex without any prescription by doctor, for one or two days, the only side effect is Urine get coloured, is it okay to take the tablet in these situation? please advice.

when under treatment of tuberculosis ( pulmonary or extra pulmonary )
* It can never ever be taken for simple cold and cough on OTC basis
