Is It Advisable For Surgery For Tear On The ACL?
Hi, I am 25, male, 65 kg, working in IT. I got an injury while climbing down from stairs, almost one year back. Immediate relief through painkillers. Last week on MRI, it showed complete tear off of the ACL, other parts showing normal. It hurts occasionally if that injured leg is not placed properly. Ortho surgeon suggests surgery. Is it the only way for cure? What is success rate in such surgery?
