welcome to HealthcareMagic
There are few conditions to proper to get pregnant and they are:-
-regular periods
-proper ovulation and rupture of follicle to release egg
-patent fallopian tubes
-normal report of semen analysis of your husband
These are the main things required for a female to get pregnant.Letrozole is a medicine used to induce ovulation and it will help to mature the follicle and rupture of the follicle to release egg.So if the egg is released then you have chance to get pregnant but till all the conditions are fullfilled there is no 100% guarantee. So you have to keep trying and hopefully you will get pregnant soon.
All the best.
