Is Irregular Menstruation Cycle After A Miscarriage Normal?

Hello. I had a miscarriage in Nov.2016.and did evacuation afterwards... Period came in Dec.and Jan..but didn t come in Feb.and March then reappeared again in April..what could be the cause pls.. And since then, I ve been having this constant giggling at my lower left rib and at lower abdomen too..

Hi I think it can happen after miscarriages to have irregular periods for few months. But it is better to rule out the other causes also. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. If any infection is there, you may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
