Hello sir I am 28 year old married man and I have jondis (sgot-27,sgpt-18 total bilirubin -3.12 direct -0.47 indirect 2.65) Mcv 104.30,mch 34.90,mchc 33.50 Hepatitis b surface antigen hbsag -non reactive Anti hcv -0.06 Can you please tell me can I have sex Also I want to know is there any serious problem

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Hepatitis B or C is considered as sexually transmissible disease. Hence, in case you need to have intercourse, you need to take adequate protection by wearing condoms every time. See to it that none of your secretions comes in contact with your partner, otherwise you would have the risk of spreading it to your partner.
