Is Inhalation Of Liquid Nitrogen Harmful?
I have had a sinus and tonsillectomy operation 3 years ago as was a chronic sufferer. I am currently suffering from a bout of sinusitis and rhinitis (this is probably only the second time in 3 years). Have been on strong antibiotics and for 4 days now and don t feel as though am getting much better. Went to the doctor today who sprayed up my nose with liquid nitrogen. What is your opinion of this method and will it make any difference. Won t it damage the inside of my airways?

Well,it may may be used for chronic types of sinusitis which are resistant to.other therapeutic modalities. however,it's efficiency is questionable and only in small numbers of people it may be beneficial.
