Is heart rate of 48 BPM too low ?

My resting heart rate when I woke up today was 48bpm. I am 30 years old and have been going to 3 spin classes per week for the last month. I am overweight but feel completely fine. Is this heart rate too low ?

It is normal for the heart rate to fall 10 - 15 bpm when u r asleep or have just woken up from sleep. My question is why exactly did u check ur heart rate? did u have any symptms
Please get an ECG done to see for any sick sinus
