Is Having Hysterectomy At The Age Of 18 Advisable?

Hi I am 18, I was diagnosed herpes type 2 a few months ago. I was curious because of my feelings about this subject, to ask. Could I have a hysterectomy to destroy the chance of having a child with the risk of having herpes? I don t want kids. Ever, anyways.

Dear patient
Hysterectomy at your age is not advisable. It's important part of your body with function of child bearing and menses. Effective medication are available in market for herpes virus and it can be treated completely. So visit infectious disease specialist nearby you and get treated for herpes. To have child or not to Is matter of future and your tender age is not mature enough to take decision for it.
