Pediatrician 's  Response
Heart murmurs in babies are very common. The overwhelming majority of murmurs fall into the category of "innocent murmurs". An experienced pediatrician can tell. if your baby were to become short of breath and sweaty during feeding, you should consult with your pediatrician. at that point, Abe is it to a pediatric cardiologist might be warranted. otherwise, there is no cause for concern. Your pediatrician can follow the murmur from visit to visit.
