General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, having blood sugar of 155 mg/dL is not normal and has to be thoroughly worked out as diabetes condition. The best confirmatory test is 2 hour glucose tolerance test and HBA1c.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
