Hi, Iam 31 years old and my hair is very boosy and untidy. Im planning to do hair straightening. one of mine friend told me its not good. after sometime hair will fall and it will get damage. please advice should i go a head . Thanks.

Avoid doing this as it may cause more problem due to using some chemiclas for this procedure.
Take high protein diet,more green veges,fruits,
Take vit A,D,E.
Use branded hair oil containing vit E,use branded shampoo,conditioners.
if you have any problem on scalp.treat them.
