Hi
Thanks for trusting HealthCare magic for your health problems.

If bleeding from hemorrhoids is not for long duration and is not painful and not having any problem with bowel movements then simply applying lignocain + calcium dobesilate cream after defecation will be helpful to reduce pain as well as bleeding.
Along with it do sitz bath (sitting in lukewarm water) 2-3 times a day.

However if it is not controlling bleeding and pain, you might need surgical procedure which includes haemorrhoidectomy, surgical cautry, banding etc according to the size and position of it.
