I m seeing a girl off and on and she has had cervical cancer for the past 2 months and me and her had sex last month and I didn t use a condom and now she sayings she s pregnant, so is it possible that she s pregnant even though she s got cervical cancer

yes, pregnency is possible in a female who is suffering from cervical cancer. Chances are more when cancer in early stage.
anyway confirmation of pregnency is simple. take any 'urine pregnency testing kit' from store.it is very easy to use.
