Is Gastric Problem Related To Hot Weather?

Is that moong dal is gud for gastric patients. I often get gastric problems, generally headach and vomiting I face because of it. In most of the cases I started taking pan-D tablets but its also not worthfull that much. I am in chennai and its coming very hot even I feel suffocation. Is gastric problem related to hot weather also?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Because of excess hot weather and sweating and if you are drinking less water than from dehydration headache can occur...

Dehydration, excess hot and excess outside food can lead repeated gastrtits.

Fruits taken more....

If repeated abdominal pain present than USG and urea breath test can be done...

Drink more water...

Avoid excess spicy foods

Smoking, stress, excess tea, alcohol also can be causative..

So detail history and physical examination needed and accordingly work up done..
