General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history frequency of urination without big amounts of water, blood sugar is 115 after food, your are 19 years old and obese due to hypothyroidism; no burning urination, no stomach pains.
As per the history you have provided, 115 blood sugar is almost normal hence not to worry about it.
There are many other reasons for frequency of urination:
Urinary tract infection can cause without any burning or so.
Anxiety can cause frequency.
Stone in the urinary bladder.
Some medicines or foods and beverages like coffee.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon.
Get urine tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
An X-ray and ultrasonography of abdomen.
This will give you a probable diagnosis and a plan for further treatment.
I find this answer helpful
