Is Fever Likely After A Condom Stuck In Vagina For Four Days?

I just noticed a condom has been inside me for 4 days. I took emergency contraception 4 days ago will that still be effective after having the condom there 4 days? Could this cause me to get very sick with fever etc? Do I need to be worried or can it wait 2 more days til I see a doctor?

I understand your concern.
You have found condom in your vagina after 4 days of intercourse. But you are not feeling any symptoms of pain, fever or itching. This is a good. So you need to worry for this.
Regarding getting pregnant, the semen will be in condom and you have taken emergency pill, so my opinion is you need not to worry. But if you didn't get your menses even after 3-5 days after your usual date, then first conduct Urinary Pregnancy test (UPT) and know your pregnancy status. Accordingly further management will be planned.
Till then you take care and don't worry.
