hi i was on the depo for over a year it ran out on 22 jan i had heavy iregula bleeding all the time on it and none stop for two weeks when it ran out. i havnt bled since and have bin trying for another baby i took a test on thursday "as i feel sicky,tired and the vains in my boobs seem to show up more" it came up positive strait away then faded after about a minut.when i was pregnant with my sone i didnt find out till i was 10 weeks cos the test kept saying negitive

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not worry.

2 ) I will suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test after another one week. It can be weak positive test as per your description.

In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) Your symptoms are indicative of pregnancy in view of pregnancy test results.

4 ) As you are trying for a baby, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water in the day. Avoid deep fried foods, , bakery products and refined sugars. Avoid substance abuse if any. Start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements as early as possible on daily basis. This will help to prevent various complications during the pregnancy.
