Hi,

Duphaston is prescribed in many countries and banned in certain countries. You have not mentioned your location. I would recommend you to use the drug if available since it is not contraindicated in pregnancy. It helps in preparing the uterus for pregnancy and is very useful in suspected progesterone deficiency and in history of previous spontaneous miscarriages.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
