Hi
I don't think your symptoms are due to Nikoran. the side effects of nikoran are usually nausea, constipation, dizziness, headache, limb swelling, irregular heartbeat, tremors, bleeding per rectally and hematuria and dyspnea.

The side effect of dry cough is usually caused by a group of antihypertensives called as ACE-inhibitors, which include drugs like ramipril, captopril etc. In case you are using a medicine of that group, I think you should meet your doctor again to change the medicine to an ARB, like telmisartan, olmesartan etc.

I find this answer helpful
