Is Dizziness Normal Post Recovery From Fever?

I just had fever and skin rash for three day and it was never below 38 with the highest peak of 39.8 ,now I am fever free for 24 hours ,I feel light and when I get up I feel dizzy is it normal? I am still on medication,my doctor prescribed me azithromycin once daily for 5 days ,montelukast from 10 days and celecoxib for my back pain .i am nic 33

- low blood pressure or blood sugar
- side effect of celecoxib
- extended effect of montelukast
- the residual effect of underlying viremia or inflammation
