Is Developing An Acid Reflux After An Upper Respiratory Illness Normal?

Is it possible to develop some type of reflux after an upper respiratory illness? I am a 61 yr old female with celiac disease. I had a cough , laryngitis, for 4 days & then it turned into upset stomach & difficulty eating a few days later. I don t eat the standard American diet, don t smoke or drink.

take bland diet avoid hot tea and coffee. refrain from taking alcohol and smoking. you have some good habits. with medication and food restriction you will improve.
