Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Please stop using dermovate cream for your pimples. It is a potent steroid and should not be used on the face and is not the treatment for pimples. Initially, you may feel the redness may come down but it causes lot of side effects including steroid induced acneiform eruptions and rosacea which are very difficult to get rid off if your skin gets used to the cream.
Instead, for acne, use clindamycin gel in the morning and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime.
Take care.
