Is Delayed Periods Sign For Pregnancy?

i think im prenant but all the tests say no
I have missed my period since the 16th of Jan. and took a test a few days after I missed and then right at 2 weeks late and they all say neg. I still haven't had my period. I was told it could be stress but I have eliminated the stressed and still nothing. I don't know if this could play a part but when I was younger I use to have a period every other month but once I started birth control it became regular then I stopped and now this is going on.

Hi,
During the initial months after stopping hormone contraception, the menstrual cycles tend to be irregular owing to the hormone imbalance that persists subsequent to withdrawal. In your case, if this possibility can be excluded through a hormone profile and a trans-vaginal sonogram done to rule out pelvic causes including pregnancy, hormone supplements should be given to induce a period and further management planned accordingly. Please see a specialist for further help. Take care.
