Hello,
You had
choking with apple cider vinegar. If you were taking diluted apple cider vinegar then the hurt due to burning sensation will be mild. Always take apple cider vinegar after diluting it with water, if taken without diluting it, it may wear the enamel on your teeth. To consume apple cider vinegar safely, always dilute ACV in water or apple juice (1 cup of water or more per tablespoon of ACV).
ACV is a mild acid. In some people who get choked with it can experience irritation, resulting in sore throats or even start having
nausea. Take water and fluids to smoothen your throat. No, it is not possible to get your lung damaged by chocking on a little apple cider vinegar. You should always take time to sip it. Never be in a hurry.
You are getting the feeling of coughing out something because the mucosa got irritated. Take fluids, water or ice cream to get relieve. You can take antacids or PPIs, one stat for relief. Relax and give yourself time to heal. Stay away from spicy, oily, hot food for a couple of days. Avoid addiction,
smoking, alcohol or drugs.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
