dear sir, in usg study my endometrial echo is 12 mms and i have 25 small cysts of 3-6 mms size. today is my monthly period s second day and i have very low bleeding .doctor prescribe me to take cycloset syrup to dissove cysts.is it effective or what to do please guide me.
