Is Cramping, Bright Red Vaginal Discharge After Having Oral Sex With History Of Grown Back Cervix Concerning?

after having oral sex w/ my husband w/o penetration, I stared bleeding bright red vaginally. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago leaving me w/ only my ovaries. my pap n internal were normal when I saw the dr 4 months ago. it was then I learned that half of my cervix had grown back. I am experiencing cramping n still am spotting even after intercourse. should I be concerned? call dr?? go to hospital bcuz it's Saturday n I shouldn't wait??? thank you
