Is coughing and fluttering heart a side effect of bronchitis?

I ve been sick the past 4 days with bronchitis.Ive been coughing a lot but I woke up this morning and now my heart feels like it flutters when I m about to cough. When I move around a lot my heart starts beating really fast.Do I need to go to the ER or is this just something that comes with Bronchitis?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem you got is most likely a vasovagal attack. It is usual for some to get when they cough a lot.But the bronchitis should be treated.I usually treat with mucolytics like guaifenesin antihistamines like cetirizine and antibiotics if necessary.Take warm chicken soup with pepper and lemon tea.Wishing you a speedy recovery.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
