Hello dear Understand your concern Only form thick discharge you can not tell about pregnancy. Chance of pregnancy is less because: 1. you did not have sexual intercourse in fertile period of your cycel 2. You had take Ipill with in 72 hour of sexual intercourse. It is very effective in preventing the pregnancy. Bleeding 3-4 days after taking I pill is due to withdrawal of progesterone. Period may be delayed due to hormonal imbalance that caused by I pill. Thick discharge may be due to increased progesterone level. In pregnancy, there is lots of white watery thin discharge not thick discharge. So wait for period to come. If period will miss by 8-10 days then you have to think about the pregnancy and go for home pregnancy kit with fresh morning urine sample. Infections can be rule out by doing swab test and CBC.
