Is Calcified Granuloma In A Lobe Of The Liver According To A USG Scan A Cause For Concern?

Hi I have my ultrasound done today and the report showed that I have calcified granuloma in 4b lobe of liver and the size of the granuloma 4mm I just need to know if it is a serious issue and should I take treatment for that ? also if it will be developing in the future and cause liver damage .., regards

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If your liver function tests are normal then calcified 4 mm nodule should be ignored. It will not grow as it is calcified and its size is too small to cause a problem.
